The special imaging
used to create this image reveals the different types of matter
which comprise the Moon's surface. Many people do not realize that
although the same side of the Moon faces the Earth continually it
still rotates on it's axis none the less. The Moon just so happens
to rotate once evenly for each revolutionary lap around the Earth.
